By creating an account or using 97Tracker (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What 97Tracker is

97Tracker is an independent, personal tracking aid for Guard and Reserve members. It is not an official system of record and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Department of Defense or any branch of the United States Armed Forces.

No warranty, verify everything

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Retirement points, pay and leave estimates, due dates, and currency reminders are estimates that may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not financial, legal, or career advice. Always verify against your official sources, including your LES, your points statement, your orders, and your unit's official schedule. You use the Service at your own risk.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log. Your logs are personal and unofficial.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

• Do not enter classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI), or operationally sensitive details.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it or other accounts.
• Do not misrepresent your affiliation or impersonate others.

Moderators and unit content

Unit schedules and events are maintained by volunteer moderators. Neither 97Tracker nor its moderators are responsible for the accuracy of scheduled drill days or posted events. Always confirm dates with your unit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 97Tracker and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed pay, points, dates, or duties, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or to protect the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
